Booking Instructions

Our prices are based on 2 adults sharing per night.  There is an extra charge Per Stay for additional children of £10 each, for additional adults £20 each and £10 per dog

We operate on a basis of 2 night stays minimum in our Glamping Pods.  1 night stays in our Shepherd Huts

However if you are only able to book 1 night away please contact us and if we can accommodate your booking we will.  This offer does not include Pod 3 with Hot Tub

Terms & Conditions:

1.  A deposit of 20% will be due on making your booking.

• The remainder of the balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
• If the booking is within 4 weeks of arrival date full payment is required upon booking.
• Non-refundable deposit if the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date.

• 2) Check in is after 4pm.
• 3) Under 18’s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
• 4) Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• 5) The site does not accept breeds/cross breeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

On the relevant Pod’s calendar below, first select the desired month (click the month to see a list) then click or tap the start and end dates you would like to book (do not drag across the calendar).  The booking is for the nights of the dates in question so keep this in mind when selecting.

If you need to start again just reload the page.  Please only use one booking form at a time, if you would like to book multiple pods for the same dates then fill out and submit one form and then fill out and submit the next until finished.

Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll handle the booking for you either via email or phone.
