Due to circumstances of Coronavirus Pandemic, we have revised our booking policy: which will be revised on a regular basis in line with Government Guidelines.
Updated Terms & Conditions:
- A deposit of 20% will be due on making your booking.
- The remainder of the balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
- If the booking is within 4 weeks of arrival date full payment is required upon booking.
- Non-refundable deposit if the booking is canceled within 2 weeks of arrival date.
- Cancellation due to Government Coronavirus restrictions will be flexible as follows: rearranging dates in a 12-month period, or if this is not possible a refund will be offered by agreement.
- 2) Check in is after 4pm.
- 3) Under 18’s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
- 4) Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- 5) The site does not accept breeds/cross breeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.
On the relevant Pod’s calendar below, first select the desired month (click the month to see a list) then click or tap the start and end dates you would like to book (do not drag across the calendar). The booking is for the nights of the dates in question so keep this in mind when selecting.
The minimum stay is for 2 nights with the exception of Bank Holiday WEEKENDS must be booked for 3 nights. Only arrive Friday depart Monday 3nights
If you need to start again just reload the page. Please only use one booking form at a time, if you would like to book multiple pods for the same dates then fill out and submit one form and then fill out and submit the next until finished.
