Extra Guests
Adults (16+) £20 per stay
Children (3+) £10 per stay
There will be a small charge for extra bedding & towels if required
Travel cots can be hired at £15 per stay
Dogs (max 2) £10 per stay
All pods and shepherd huts are done to an equal luxury standard the difference is the amount of people they accommodate.
Prices for Glamping Pods are per night, based on 2 sharing from £140 low season to £170 peak season. Our Shepherd Huts are £110 per hut per night all season.
Glamping Pods and Shepherd Huts are available All Year. Closed from 23rd December to 27th December.
Our Glamping Pods operate on a basis of 2 night minimum stay. Discounts are offered if you book Friday & Saturday night then include Sunday night and this is charged at £70. 5 nights or more offer a discount of 15%.
The Shepherd Huts operate on a basis of 1 night stays, however we do offer discounts on 5 nights or more please contact to discuss. These can be booked either by phone or email.
However if you are only able to book 1 night away and would like a Glamping Pod please contact us and if we can accommodate your booking we will. This offer does not include Pod 3 with Hot Tub

Optional Extras
Sit down and relax with our Complimentary Kadai Firepits, supplied with 1 box of logs, firelighters & matches. Find yourself feeling the glow of the fire and watching the twinkling stars in complete peace and quiet. (Please note the Shepherd Huts do not include complimentary firepits due to location & seasonal conditions)
Each Pod is decorated with warming fairy lights and comfortable rattan lounging furniture. Within the pod is a stargazing chart for you to test your knowledge of the night sky or just to try something new whilst you enjoy your stay with us.
BBQ’s are supplied and charcoal can be purchased on site.
The Owners of Wolds Walk Glamping reserve the right to remove the Firepit & BBQ should there be extreme weather conditions, or we feel they are being abused.

Policies
Check in time 16.00 (after 6pm by prior arrangement), Check out time 10.00

Payment can be made online using your debit/credit card or paypal (we do not except bank or wire transfer).
Cancellations
Depending on when you cancel or could receive a partial or full refund.
- Deposit of 20% will be due on making the booking.
- The remainder of the balance will be due 4 weeks of the arrival date – reminder email will be sent.
- If the booking is within 4 weeks of the arrival date full payment is required upon booking.
- Non-refundable Deposit if the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the arrival date.
- We are a working farm and we request that no fireworks or Chinese lanterns are used.
Additional:
- Under 18’s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
- Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- The site does not accept breeds/cross breeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.
- All dogs must be kept on a lead.
